Pork bone broth            4 cups
Picked ivy gourd leaves  200 grams
Seasoning sauce            2 teaspoons
Light soy sauce             2 teaspoons

Directions for cooking pork bone broth

  1. Rinse the pork bones thoroughly with clean water and set them aside to drain.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the pork bones, salt, and coriander root. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 1 hour. Avoid stirring the soup and skim off any foam that forms frequently.

Directions for cooking seasoned minced pork
Start by preparing a mixing bowl. Marinate the minced pork first: add minced pork, Thai coriander roots, garlic, ground pepper, and a little salt. Use your hands to knead and squeeze the minced pork, knead until well blended, about 10 minutes to let the minced pork become soft and bouncy. Let it rest for another 10 minutes, then shape the minced pork into balls and set aside.

Directions for cooking clear Soup
Bring the broth to a boil. Add the minced-pork balls. Wait until the minced-pork balls are cooked and float to the surface. Season with light soy sauce and seasoning sauce. When you are satisfied with the taste, add the Ivy gourd leaves, stir a little, then turn off the heat. Serve in a bowl.
