Malindjo Leaves        100 grams 
Eggs                      2 eggs
Chopped garlic        1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce           1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce       ½ tablespoon
Ground pepper       1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil          1 tablespoon

  1. Pick the whole young leaves, not the old ones. Then wash them in clean water and drain.
