Bread flour                  500 grams
Dry yeast powder          5 grams
Milk powder                 15 grams
Bread improver             2.5 grams
White sugar                 30 grams
Salt                            4 grams
Cold water                  300 grams
White butter                30 grams

Directions for making Sandwich Bread

  1. Mix bread flour, dry yeast powder, milk powder and bread improver together.
  2. Dissolve sugar and salt in cold water, then pour into the flour mixture and knead until combined.
  3. Add white butter and continue to knead until the dough is smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into desired weights. Roll the dough into balls to make a smooth surface. Rest them for 10 minutes.
  5. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a square shape, then roll it into a long-round shape, the same length as the baking mold. Seal the seam tightly. Place the dough in a mold or tray that has been greased with white butter.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes or until cooked.
