Directions for making Sandwich Bread
- Mix bread flour, dry yeast powder, milk powder and bread improver together.
- Dissolve sugar and salt in cold water, then pour into the flour mixture and knead until combined.
- Add white butter and continue to knead until the dough is smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into desired weights. Roll the dough into balls to make a smooth surface. Rest them for 10 minutes.
- Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a square shape, then roll it into a long-round shape, the same length as the baking mold. Seal the seam tightly. Place the dough in a mold or tray that has been greased with white butter.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes or until cooked.
