Ingredients

Watermelon                          ½ watermelon
Sun-dried  snakehead fish       200 grams
Fried shallots                        100 grams 
White sugar                         90 grams  
Salt                                    1 teaspoon 
Vegetable oil                       A little

Directions for cooking dried fish

  1. Grill the sun-dried snakehead fish on the stove or bake until cooked and fragrant.
  2. Take only the fish meat, leave out the skin and bones. Pound until the fish meat is finely pounded.
  3. Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, wait until the oil is hot, add dried fish and fry until crispy.
  4. Add fried shallots and sugar, then mix well.
  5. Cut the watermelon into square shapes. Place the cut-up watermelon on a plate and sprinkle with dried fish, then serve.
