Watermelon ½ watermelon
Sun-dried snakehead fish 200 grams
Fried shallots 100 grams
White sugar 90 grams

Directions for cooking dried fish
- Grill the sun-dried snakehead fish on the stove or bake until cooked and fragrant.
- Take only the fish meat, leave out the skin and bones. Pound until the fish meat is finely pounded.
- Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, wait until the oil is hot, add dried fish and fry until crispy.
- Add fried shallots and sugar, then mix well.
